ETNA Products, Inc. manufactures and distributes metalworking and metal forming lubricants, machining coolants, rust preventatives and cleaners under brands including MASTERDRAW, MASTERALL and STEELHIDE. Established in 1943, it operates from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, the same address as affiliate Etna Tec Limited, LLC, established in 2001, which produces custom thermoset resins. The company has been ISO 9001 registered since 1995 and states that it serves customers in 42 U.S. states and over 30 countries, across automotive, HVAC and refrigeration, wire and cable, aerospace and medical industries. In February 2020 the business passed to fourth-generation family member Catharine Tripp Golden, who became CEO, and in April 2023 it acquired the metalworking fluids product line of JTM Products of Solon, Ohio. On June 25, 2026 the company announced that ETNA Products, Inc. and Etna Tec, Ltd. had become 100 percent employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, after four generations of family ownership. No trustee, lender, valuation firm or transaction advisor has been publicly named.
