Organic Remedies, Inc. is a vertically integrated medical cannabis company based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, that cultivates, manufactures and dispenses medical marijuana products for certified Pennsylvania patients. It operates a cultivation facility in Carlisle and six dispensaries, in Bethel Park, Chambersburg, Enola, North Pittsburgh, Paoli and York. The company was founded in Pennsylvania in 2018 by Mark Toigo, Jaime Toigo, Ryan Simpson and pharmacist Eric Hauser, opening its first dispensary in February 2018, and holds a Pennsylvania Chapter 20 Clinical Registrant license under which it conducts research with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. On July 6, 2026, co-owners Mark and Jaime Toigo announced that employees now hold ownership in the business through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan; the company describes itself as Pennsylvania's first employee-owned medical marijuana organization. Mark Toigo remains chief executive officer, and the company stated that all other members of its management team stay in their roles. Dinsmore & Shohl LLP acted as legal counsel, with Pittsburgh partner James R. Carlisle, II leading the team; no trustee, lender, valuation firm or ownership percentage was disclosed.
