Roppe Holding Company

Roppe Holding Company is a commercial flooring manufacturer headquartered in Fostoria, Ohio, with offices and manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Alabama and Florida. Its family of brands includes Roppe, Flexco, Seneca Millwork, ATECO, Six Degrees, RHC Logistics, Tuflex Sports Surfaces and TCB Holdings, and its products are rubber and vinyl flooring systems including tile and sheet flooring, stair treads, wall base and related accessories. The business was founded in 1955 as Roppe Rubber Corp. by Thony Roppe; after the founder's death in the early 1970s the Miller family became the ownership team, and longtime employee Donald Miller became president and eventually assumed full ownership. On August 17, 2026 the company announced it had become 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, shifting from family ownership to employee ownership. President Norman Freebeck continues to lead the executive team. No trustee, lender or valuation firm was named, and no deal terms were disclosed.
