Abran C. Villegas

Abran Villegas is a native of Albuquerque and has spent the last 25 years in banking.  Abran helps Owners monetize their life-long work though Employee Stock Ownership Plans.  He is passionate about the outcomes of Employee Ownership for sellers, employees, and the community.  He is based in Phoenix and covers Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.  Areas of expertise include M&A, ESOPs, Solar, Tax Credits, Contractors, and Middle Market Businesses. 

He holds a bachelor’s from Georgetown and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He plays Vihuela in a mariachi band and serves on various nonprofit boards.  Charitable work includes the Maricopa Community College Foundation, Rosie’s House, and Prisma Community Care. He holds Certified Exit Planning Advisor ("CEPA") and Certified Employee Ownership Advisor ("CEOA") designations.
