Ashish drives strategy and engineering, after a 20 year career launching 0-to-1 products at Google, Matterport, & Los Alamos National Lab. His expertise spans applied AI and leading global teams. He believes in the magic of employee-ownership for aligning incentives & driving _benevolent capitalism_.

Zolidar is the result of our belief that employee ownership is good for every business, community and employee. Sonali leads product and operations, drawing on her experience as the COO of Kiva.org and JFFLabs. She merges her love of creating products used by millions with her belief in building products that unlock human potential. She feels fortunate to have seen EO in action while advising CEOs of employee-owned companies.
