The company was founded in 1970 and is now one of the leading companies of it's kind in North America. From AGA's beginnings near San Francisco, the company has since been part of iconic structures in Hawaii, Washington, Alaska and Texas.AGA became employee-owned in 2001 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
