In 1985, Iris Harrell founded Harrell Remodeling, becoming one of the few women in the residential construction industry in the nation. The employee owners at Harrell Remodeling have been dedicated to the art of designing beautiful, highly functional homes that authentically reflect the unique styles of their inhabitants.In 2001, Harrell Remodeling became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Over several years, company shares were gradually acquired by the employees, and in 2014, the company officially became 100% Employee-Owned. Iris fully retired in 2014, leaving behind a thriving company driven by a skilled team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier full-service residential remodeling.
