LockData Technologies is a full-stack software company in Lakeville, Pennsylvania that builds ticketing integrations, custom APIs, enterprise CRM solutions and high-performance web applications for Broadway producers, performing arts centers, theaters and ticketing platforms. Chuck Lockwood founded the company in 2000. Its longest-running client relationships include The Shubert Organization and Broadway Inbound, both over twenty years, and it integrates with AudienceView, Tessitura and Spektrix. In August 2026 LockData transitioned to employee ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust, which holds shares for the benefit of employees without requiring them to purchase shares or take on personal financial risk. Common Trust designed and implemented the trust. Employees took on roles in trust governance and seats on the board of directors, alongside an updated profit-sharing program. A leadership succession ran in parallel: Patrick Joyce became chief executive and Lockwood moved to chief financial officer while remaining on the board.
