Chuck Lockwood

Chuck Lockwood founded LockData Technologies in Lakeville, Pennsylvania in 2000 and led it as President for twenty-six years. In August 2026 he sold the company into an Employee Ownership Trust and moved from President to Chief Financial Officer, remaining on the board of directors. He chose the EOT after years of evaluating succession paths, to protect a long-tenured team and long-tenured clients from outside acquisition pressure.
