Quartus Engineering is a majority employee-owned engineering company headquartered in San Diego, California. The company was founded in 1997 and specializes in design, analysis, and prototyping of precision systems using computer-aided technologies. Quartus Engineering became employee-owned in 2012 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company’s purpose to make bold and positive impacts with teams of collaborative, lifelong learners and teachers.
