Rice Services provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating and air, fire sprinkler contractor services. They serve national and regional home builders in Southern California and Nevada. In 2019, Rice Services became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Being employee-owned means that providing exceptional service is part of their DNA.
